“an italian experience in london”

I found this restaurant by accident, and what a fantastic surprise! The food was excellent as good as I had when I was in Italy. The staff were so friendly and very helpful, I cannot wait to go back and experience more of the excellent food. I will definately be going back.

“The best restaurant ever”

This restaurant is amazing! Once I found it I ate there every single day. The food was delicious and the staff and owner are amazing! It's a great atmosphere and is very family friendly! Luca welcomes everyone and makes sure everyone is happy and has a great time! If you want some great food and a chance to make new Friends rosellas is defiantly the place :) I recommend it to everyone, you will love it!

“Kentish Town Gem”

We have become regulars at this friendly local restaurant and thoroughly recommend it to anyone who loves an authentic, small and personal Italian atmosphere with superb food. The prices are very reasonable, the service is friendly and attentive and the food is excellent. Pizzas are made to order on the premises and the 'specials' change regularly. We will continue to eat at this lovely place and recommend it to eveyone.

“My favourite little Italian”

I think this has to be my favourite little Italian. It’s so much nicer than any of the big chains; the food is great, the staff are so friendly and it’s really good value for money (£5-6 for a massive bowl of pasta). I always leave very happy!

The thing I like most is that they are really accommodating and will make anything you fancy (something I definitely take advantage of) and they never bat an eyelid when I ask for the parmesan to be left on the table so I can help myself throughout the meal.

They also do take away (as far as I know, collection only) which means that if you fancy staying in for the night you can have a delicious authentic pizza in the house rather than paying lots more for a greasy takeaway.

The only downside is that it’s about a minute from my house so I get tempted by the yummy food quite often, but hey when it’s only a fiver, it’s hardly breaking the bank!

“Amazing Lunch”

I have worked in Kentish town for years and saw a sign for pasta and a drink for six pounds, considering cost of food around this area I thought I would try it. I had the Penne Rossella which had lovely chilli's in it and was really tasty. The portion was nice and the flavours were lovely. Was nice to get some proper Italian food for Lunch and I will be back a lot more often. I saw some other dishes for the evening and may go again for an evening meal.

“Authentic italian decor with friendly service”

I like the fact that it is local and authentic restaurant as opposed to the chains which are taking over London that don't really care or provide a value added service. Welcoming decor which my girlfriend found romantic. Can see it being good with friends too..esp for the price

“Best place to eat in NW5”

The food is fantastic and very reasonably priced.

All the staff are very attentive and friendly, and can easily accommodate any special requests.

It has a very calm and homely atmosphere which you do not find in near by chain restaurants.

It's is a must for any food lover.

“Hidden gem and a must see!”

Great quality food, really accommodating to everyone's needs and tastes. Excellent value for money! Gelato is to die for! A real hidden gem! The owner and staff could not be friendlier and make you feel part of the family as soon as you sit down. A must visit for take away or eat in.

“Beautiful food and outstanding service.”

A cosy, traditional Italian restaurant Rossella provides amazing food,first class service and unbelieveable value. I visited this establishment on a saturday evening with my family, not from London we were greeted with a friendly reception, accurate service and traditional Italian food. We also got chance to chat to the owner, who took the time to ask us how we found our experience and gave us a little insight to his Italian background, his enthusiasm evident from the way he spoke about future ideas. I would highly recommend this restaurant to couples and families for a lovely meal, I will definitely be visiting again.

“What you want from a meal”

Yeap, i have to agree with most of the folks. Quality, quantity, great staff- friendly and overall value for money. From pasta dishes to pizzas and steaks. Most of the food is top noch and not with typical London prices. Worth to go there a few times a week!!!

“Friendly service and excellent food in an unpretentious restaurant”

We had looked on Trip Advisor to find somewhere near the HMV Forum to get a pre-gig meal and noticed that Rossella seemed to have good reviews. As it was only 5 minutes walk from the venue we thought we'd give it a shot and booked a table - it's a good thing we did as when we arrived at 7.00 every table was reserved (always a good sign).

From the outside you'd barely notice it was there, but inside has a really nice look and feel, the way that small independent Italians used to be, but which you see less and less these days as a result of various big chain restaurants all churning out food to a formula.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic. The prices are very, very reasonable for food that is prepared and cooked on the premises (the kitchen's open so you can see what's going on). Both the starters and pizzas were really good - can't comment on the desserts as we had no room for them!

We'll definitely be heading back next time we're in that area of London.

“Italian hotspot!”

Forget about Pizza East, this spot is the real deal... Try the Garlic and Cheese bread for starts and realize the perfection!

Filet steak with Brandy & Peppercorn sauce is outta this world with a bottle of house red

Friendly professional staff, great atmosphere, very reasonably priced

Go once and your be going back on the regular!
